Forum Regulation 

This regulation was made to support users, to make the bans in the forum transparent, and to avoid the growth of spam. Said regulation comes into force as of the date of publication and will be complied with by the users of IGE Networks as well as their future amendments that may be added.
To ignore the regulation does not deprive of the need to comply with it



» Point 1.

Avoid Spam:

* Messages without content or input.
* Topics without content to "reserve" future comments or contributions (open the topic from a specific contribution).
* Use any section of the site as if it were a CHAT. (forums, profiles, social groups, blogs, etc).
* Illegible messages Orthographically and / or grammatically.
* Repeated messages (Multiposting) in various forums or topics of the forums.
* Unauthorized Advertising. Eg: Advertise other forums, or leave messages for advertising purposes without having been expressly authorized by the Administration of the site.


  » Point 1 information.

A flood is to send a lot of information in a short time to someone to try to saturate. You can commit 2 types of flood, in the Chat and in the Forum.
In the chat FLOOD is considered to send information or messages in a continuous manner in order to saturate or prevent a free and correct use of the chat. In case of reoffending, the sanction may be raised from 3 to 10 days and so on. Until achieving the ban of the account.

Flood in the forum: It is considered the same when you write meaningless messages with different purposes, such as uploading in the forum. The same proceeds after 2 warnings. In case of restarting, you will receive a ban of the forum account from 3 to 7 days, depending on the severity of the infraction.
It is worth mentioning that it is considered an infraction to those users who use "ghost" accounts in order to be self-grateful


» Point 2

Avoid Faults of Respect:

* Messages unnecessarily raised in tone or exceeded vocabulary.
* Obscene and / or vulgar.
* Trolling (covert disrespect), messages with irritating purpose, hurtful, insulting and / or disrespectful. (*)
* Cloning (more than one account per user in order to promote confusion or evade penalties)
* Campaigns of discrediting, defamation, threats, discrimination, or messages with the purpose of harming a person.
* It is not allowed to publish private data of third parties (cell phone, email, msn, address, identity document, etc.) without their express consent.
* Publish material from other authors without their consent and without citing the source of the published material.
* Racism, Xenophobia, Discrimination.


  » Point 2 information.   

It is strictly forbidden to respond in this Sector since it is a sector only for ADM'S and, if applicable, MOD'S of the forum.

The only users who can answer in a Complaint are the Complainant and the Complainant in case he wants to offer an apology. The answer unnecessarily in this section is taken as Spam, will be given a Warning (may be banned 1 day at the discretion of the MOD or ADM) in case of re-offending the sanction will be 3 days of ban in the forum. How to create a Complaint:

It is worth clarifying this since the complaints that do not contain evidence will be deleted to avoid generating spam.


  » Point 3 information.

It is worth clarifying that if it is necessary to "revive" the subject, it will not be taken as an infraction.


» Point 6

It is completely forbidden any profit post, it is understood for profit that the one that is posting that wants to receive an economic benefit, therefore, it is prohibited the trade that entails an economic remuneration in real money and will be punished with a Ban of account.


» Point 7

As much in the Chat of the forum as in the content of a post we must maintain the education when referring to other users, since any contemptuous or malicious reference towards another one will be taken as "inappropriate vocabulary" and will proceed to the sanction of banning from from 7 days onwards depending on the severity of the fault, it can become a total ban of the account.


» Point 8

Reporting to an Administrator / Moderator:
Regarding this I refer to the regulation point of the Server: When a complaint is made against any of the Administrators or Moderators of IGE Networks; they must make the corresponding posting of the image where the fault is appreciated; it should be noted that said image must be in original without editing or deletion of the person (s) involved and the date where the fault was made; the sanction will be subject to the criteria of Auroraz (Maximum Authority of IGE MU). Those whistleblowers who DIFFUSE the Administrators and / or Moderators and intend to deceive by tricks and manipulations of the information will be SANCTIONED with BANEO from 1 Month, 6 Months until the final erasure of the account depending on the seriousness of the fault.


» Point 9

Any advertising content that makes reference to other servers of the same line of IGE mu Online or another MORRPG game, will be sanctioned with the permanent banning of the account, it is worth noting that the mention of a Server (either referring to this incorrectly) is taken in any case as advertising and in this case will be ban from 3 months onwards.


» Point 10

Erotic content advertising:
This is referred to in cases such as, links to pages with Gore content or advertising thereof. In these cases, the penalty is the permanent banning of the account.


» Point 11

Post or references are prohibited, (this is understood by any example reference: in the signature) to pages in which supposedly "easy money" can be obtained since in most of these pages are fraudulent, in this way we take care of the welfare of the Forum users. The sanction for this fault will be a ban of the 7 day account and the "proof" of it will be deleted. In case of reoffending, a ban of 15 days in advance of the forum.


» Point 12

All events made by users will be posted in the section of exchanges of items and / or trade. In case of being posted in another sector, they will be moved by forum moderators.
It is worth clarifying that it is your responsibility to participate in these events, the staff of IGE Mu is not made under any
responsible for the development and / or consequences thereof.


» Point 13

Rules for the correct use of the exchange of items and / or trade sector:

* For those who want to sell or buy by doing the item, they must specify what they want for the item or what they give for it, for example:

(When negotiating this will be done via private message to not fill the unnecessary post topic)

* For those who answer the subject interested in an item.
If the item is not negotiable, they should put something like this:

Sometimes another user can offer more for the item in question (auction), in this case it is allowed to compete for the item until an agreement is reached.
The owner of the item must update the post by removing the items he has sold from the list to only leave the items that are still to be sold.
The issues that are considered by the Moderator / ADM as spam ... will be deleted.
It is allowed to revive the themes 1 ves every 3 days.
When everything in the subject is sold or the user has not revived in a maximum period of 1 month. This will close or erase.
Topics older than a month of inactivity will be deleted.

In case of inflicting the rules, 2 warnings will be made, in case of re-inflicting it, it will be banned for a period of 3 days. It is worth noting that the same will be increased as it continues to ignore the rules.


» Point 14

Format of the signature.
- The maximum corresponding to the size of the images allowed in the signature is 500 x 300.
- The size of the letter should not distort the appearance of the forum.
- For any reason, a signature must contain more than 2 images.
- In case of multiple images, the sum of the dimensions of the images should not exceed 500x300 pixels. Not passing in the sum of the images the margin of dimensions allowed does not exempt that the previous point is fulfilled.
- No signature must contain more than 5 lines of text for the case that the signature is pure text, in case of carrying an image, only 1 line of text that accompanies said image is allowed. In case of pure text, this text should not exceed 300 pixels of "height" that an image will use.

Content of the Firm.
- No signature should have erotic or violent content in any of its forms. At this point messages or images with Gore content are considered violent.
- No advertising or links from other pages than the server Hero Mu.
- Sexual, homophobic, xenophobic or racist messages are not allowed. So also any message that morally harms the integrity of a member of the community.

Format of Signatures
In the case of signature formats there will be several sanctions depending on the case:

* The first sanction is to delete the signature and an infraction will be left to the account that owns it.
* If he recurs, a second fine will be given, the signature will be erased and Ban will be for 1 week.
* In case of further recidivism, the days of punishment will be increased by 15, 30, 60 and Ban definitively.

Note: an infraction must be left for other moderators or administrators to know in what level of recidivism the account is.
Content of Signatures
In the case of the content of the signatures, the content of the same will be left in consideration of the Moderator or Administrator to give a ruling as to the number of convenient days for the Ban, which can go from the 1-day ban to the ban permanent. Also allow yourself to leave a violation so that other moderators know in case of recidivism. In the case of sanctions for content does not just merit the deletion of the signature, you must meet at least one day of Ban. Also, recidivism is punished in a manner similar to sanctions by format.

» Point 14

It is forbidden any video, image, link, among others, that cites scenes or violent acts, in order to maintain a general welfare of forum users. It will proceed to the elimination of it


» Point 15

It prohibits the sale of Hack Tools or programs that alter the operation of the game, it is a serious fault to the integrity of the server, as well as its reputation, therefore the character will be punished with 1 year of Ban. It is worth mentioning that if another character is found doing this and in the same account there is a character banned for the same reason, the account in question will be indefinitely banned.


» Point 15

Personifications No clones, do not try to pass yourself off as another user or Moderators / Administrators of the forum. That is, to use a name similar to said user in order to cause harm to other users.

* About cloned accounts, banned, suspended, disabled, deleted.
* Clone accounts, banned accounts, suspended, deleted or disabled, "X" user is not allowed to create a similar one, it is understood that if the account was deleted it is due to or serious lack of rules, not allowing its operation in the forum.
* The creation of more than one account for the same user within the forum is not allowed. If a duplicate account or CLON is detected (even when it is not in use) it will be removed and your comments deleted.
* Cloning (more than one account per user in order to promote confusion or evade penalties)


- It is worth clarifying that any infringement of an average severity in the forum, can generate the banning of the same account in the game, the penalty varies according to the infraction committed. The latter is at the discretion of Auroraz, the highest authority of IGEMu.

The present regulation was created in order to help users and make the work of the administrators and moderators of the forum more transparent.
